At Juhe Heating, employee health and safety are non-negotiable pillars of our corporate culture. Recently, we organized a comprehensive AED (Automated External Defibrillator) and CPR training session, designed to equip every team member with life-saving emergency response skills while raising awareness for cardiovascular health.
The training kicked off with a certified instructor walking participants through the basics of sudden cardiac arrest: its risk factors, warning signs, and the critical “chain of survival” that turns every second into a chance to save a life. Employees learned how to assess a scene for safety, check responsiveness, and call for emergency help before moving to hands-on practice.
Next came the interactive drill phase, where participants took turns practicing chest compressions and rescue breaths on CPR mannequins. Under the instructor’s guidance, they adjusted hand placement, compression depth, and rhythm to meet clinical standards, while teammates offered feedback and encouragement. The energy in the room was focused yet collaborative, with everyone determined to master the techniques correctly.
A key highlight of the session was the step-by-step AED training. Employees practiced attaching electrode pads to the mannequin, following the device’s voice prompts, and delivering shocks as needed—all while learning how to stay calm and clear-headed during a high-stress scenario. The hands-on practice helped demystify the device, turning hesitation into confidence.
Beyond emergency preparedness, the session served as a vital reminder of long-term cardiovascular and cerebrovascular care. The instructor shared practical tips for reducing risk: managing work-related stress, staying active, eating balanced meals, and scheduling regular health check-ups. These takeaways reinforced that protecting heart health starts with daily habits, not just emergency response.
